KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple video game projects, working closely with internal teams and external indie development partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking milestones, facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and publishing requirements, including internal QA and external QA management. The role involves identifying risks, maintaining clear documentation, organizing meetings, and supporting developers with feedback and guidance throughout production.
Acting as the internal production owner for assigned titles, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, schedules, deliverables, risks and developer context.
Serving as Kasedo’s day-to-day point of contact for external development teams, building strong, trusted and professional working relationships.
Organising and leading regular production check-ins with developers and internal stakeholders, ensuring actions, decisions and risks are clearly captured and followed up.
Track contractually agreed production schedules, milestone deliverables and key dependencies, escalating risks, blockers and schedule impacts early.
Organising and overseeing milestone build reviews, collating clear, structured and actionable feedback from internal stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate milestone and task tracking, ensuring internal actions are visible, followed up and delivered to agreed deadlines.
Delivering your own work to agreed deadlines, escalating risks or delays early.
- Providing clear, timely updates to the Senior Producer and wider stakeholders on project status, milestone progress, risks and required decisions.
QA, Builds & Platforms
Coordinating internal and external QA activity for assigned titles, supporting hands-on verification where required, and prioritising issues based on severity, impact and available data.
Managing build submission and review processes across multiple platforms, coordinating with developers and platform stakeholders as required.
Setting up and maintaining game storefronts in line with development, platform and marketing timelines.
Coordinating game development activity with planned press, marketing, social media and external event beats.
Securing information, builds and assets from developers to support PR, social media and marketing execution.
Supporting marketing asset creation by capturing in-game footage and screenshots where required.
Organising and overseeing localisation, coordinating with developers and external partners to ensure translations are delivered on schedule and aligned with production plans.
Organising and overseeing external playtesting, collating structured and actionable feedback for development teams.
Monitoring and logging new game pitches, providing initial evaluations, flagging promising opportunities to stakeholders and delivering feedback to prospective developers.
Staying informed on comparable titles, releases and market developments, sharing relevant insights that may affect production, positioning or commercial planning.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable production or project coordination experience in game production, project coordination, QA, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers and internal teams.
Comfortable working with production tools (task trackers, documentation systems, build pipelines).
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Interest in game development workflows and production processes is a must.
